I had scripts working a while ago, but I decided they could be done much better. In trying to make an alien script I made something that was too alien, and too hard to read. Although it was against my original vision I decided to make something much more similar to Latin characters.

Here's a failed version of some letters being generated. Obviously seeing this I didn't even consider using it but I'm trying to show off how much progress was made.

Here's an image of how a language might currently look in the game, each glyph is contiguous so it's easy to tell where one starts and the next ends. In the actual game hovering over a glyph will highlight both the glyph and the word it's a part of. You'll notice one of the letters is just a little | looking symbol: that's something that can happen.
